Replacing a Google Form with a four-plugin booking platform — quoting, unit selection, reservation, and Stora API integration on a single WordPress site.
The challenge.
Kinnovis manufactures self-storage building templates for operators across the UK. Their own customer-facing booking process ran through a single Google Form: enquiry in, manual reply out, phone call to confirm, unit allocated by hand on a spreadsheet. It worked, but every booking was a five-step round-trip and the operations team spent days each week on what should have been minutes.
They needed a platform that did the work the form couldn't — show real-time availability, surface dynamic pricing, capture leads cleanly, and route bookings through to their backend without anyone retyping anything.
The approach.
Rather than build a one-off bespoke system, Kinnovis became the launch deployment for our self-storage plugin suite — four production-grade WordPress plugins that handle the whole operator-side booking journey:
- **StorageQuoter** — multi-location quote calculator with dynamic pricing, lead capture, and HubSpot CRM sync - **Storage Booking** — Elementor-based unit selector and reservation form, with carousel browsing and callback handling for unavailable units - **StoraX** — direct integration with the Stora Public API for live availability and on-site booking - **Kinnovis Client Portal** — bespoke template selection, client onboarding, and ticket-management system specific to Kinnovis's template-supply business
Each plugin is independent. Together, they replace the Google Form and the manual process behind it with a single, branded, on-site experience.
The whole stack is built to operator-grade engineering standards: nonce-verified, capability-checked, rate-limited, input-whitelisted. Configurable per-deployment without code changes, so the next storage operator using the suite gets the same architecture without bespoke development.
The outcome.
Kinnovis now run their entire customer-facing process on the suite. The Google Form is retired. Every quote, every unit selection, every reservation, every template request flows through the WordPress site directly. Operations time per booking is down to minutes; lead-to-customer attribution is clean for the first time.
The Kinnovis site is the reference deployment — proof that the plugin suite delivers as advertised — and the launch vehicle for the wider self-storage product line going to market in Q2 2026.
